Generative AI Visuals for Live Performance @Yangpa



For South Korean singer Yangpa’s live performance, I created AI-generated stage visuals for three songs, including the new release 5:55 alongside Yosul Gongju and December. The work integrated comfyUI and a range of generative image and video tools, producing cinematic backdrops that unfolded in real time with the music.

Positioned at the intersection of machine-assisted art practice and live performance, the project explored how generative media can expand the aesthetic vocabulary of concerts-bridging visual, sound, and performing arts. The immersive stage experience received highly positive audience feedback, highlighting the potential of AI as a creative collaborator in large-scale live events.
