Cinematic AI Effects for Nerd Connection’s Music Video


For the Korean rock band Nerd Connection, I created AI-driven cinematic effects and sequences for their music video, integrating generative imagery and video tools. The AI visuals were crafted to echo the protagonist’s shifting emotions and to resonate with the band’s cinematic soundscape, blurring the line between performance, narrative, and machine-assisted art.

This project situates AI within the broader field of machine-assisted art practice, where visual and cinematic effects are co-produced with algorithms to amplify atmosphere and storytelling. By weaving AI into the emotional and sonic layers of the music video, the work demonstrates how generative technologies can expand the expressive vocabulary of contemporary audiovisual arts.
